Sonco Group incorporated in 1981, is a full service real estate company, which engages in building and land development both for its own account and for third parties. Activities include development and property management, turn-around of distressed properties, and real estate consulting.

Sonco was also the developer and manager of 1718 Argyle Street, a Class ‘A’ office building in downtown Halifax. 1718 Argyle received 3 TOBY's (Building of the Year Awards) from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) while being managed by Sonco.  Sonco has also won a TOBY award for a building it owned and managed in St. John’s, NL. 

As well, Sonco is the current Property Manager for the 154-unit condo complex, Gorsebrook Park, in south-end Halifax.
